TopFlight Travels is a boutique luxury travel agency specializing in custom journeys for highly discerning, well-traveled clients across 50+ countries. We're a small, focused team that takes pride in precision, strong client relationships, and a high standard of service.
The Position
This is a junior administrative and operations role supporting the day-to-day coordination of complex, high-touch travel experiences. You'll work directly with our advisors and with clients, ensuring every detail of a trip is managed with care and nothing falls through the cracks.
We're looking for someone who is energized by operational excellence — keeping things organized, running smoothly, and consistently delivering at a high level. This role is designed for advancement within the company by way of mentorship and expanding responsibilities.
This is not a sales role — it's an operations and coordination role where excellence shows up in the details.
Responsibilities include:
- Gather supplier quotes, confirm bookings, and coordinate logistics
- Build and refine detailed client itineraries
- Prepare clients for travel: documents, pre-departure details, concierge requests
- Manage files, invoicing, and database records
- Keep the team organized and on top of deadlines
- Share promotions with clients and on social media
You Are…
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Self-starter who takes ownership and learns quickly
- Thrives in a support role and takes genuine pride in doing it well
- Comfortable picking up new software; travel systems training provided
- Genuinely curious about travel and luxury hospitality (a plus, not a requirement)
Schedule & Compensation
- $37,000 annual salary, paid bi-weekly
- 40-hours/week
- 13 days PTO per year + Federal holidays (accrued at ½ day per paycheck; may be used for vacation, personal, or sick days)
- Annual performance reviews with merit increases
- $350/month health insurance stipend (HRA pre-tax benefit) following 90-day review
- $250 one-time tech stipend at hire (BYOD)
This is a fully remote, salaried position. St. Louis-based employees may be asked to attend occasional in-person meetings.
