Audit Associate (Spanish-Speaking) – Pathway to Full-Time  

Southern Audit Group is an audit and advisory firm building a specialized team to support client engagements across Latin America. We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Audit Associate to join our team through a project-based trial period with a clear pathway to full-time employment.  

This opportunity is ideal for an early-career accounting graduate looking for hands-on international experience outside of traditional public accounting paths. 

Role Structure: 

• Begin with two contract-based project engagements (2–4 weeks each) 
• Performance-based evaluation period 
• Target transition to full-time role within ~5 months as client demand expands  

What You’ll Do: 

• Support audit and advisory engagements across Latin America 
• Work directly with cross-border teams and client stakeholders 
• Travel internationally for short-term, high-impact projects 
• Assist with financial analysis, audit procedures, and reporting 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 
• Native or near-native Spanish fluency 
• Cultural familiarity with Latin American business environments preferred 
• Experience living or studying in Latin America preferred 
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to travel internationally for 2–4 week engagements  

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Conversion): 

• Base salary
