Swim Instructor

We’re looking for fun, patient, and reliable swim instructors who enjoy working with students of all ages. This is a flexible role, perfect for someone who loves being in the water and creating a positive, encouraging learning environment.

Swim instructors are responsible for teaching water safety and stroke development to students of all ages and skill levels. Candidates should have a strong swimming background (minimum of 10 years of experience) and be knowledgeable in all four competitive strokes. A current CPR certification is required, or a willingness to obtain one upon hire.

Instructors should have at least 2 years of experience working with children, ideally in a swim instruction or similar setting. This role involves traveling to clients’ homes (up to 30 miles), so a reliable vehicle and strong time management skills are essential.
