Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Lombard, IL. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting products and services, and driving revenue growth. Our team is trained daily on customer service techniques, marketing initiatives, and business communications strategy. Building a strong rapport with the customers is the very thing that makes our company, and our clients achieve success.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate well with customers
• Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
• Delivering impactful sales presentations

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support
• Proven skills in Sales and the ability to execute strategies for driving revenue growth
• Experience in Training and development, with the ability to guide clients and team members
• Expertise in Sales & Marketing to create and implement successful campaigns
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis to track and measure performance
• 0 to 1 year of customer service, sales, marketing experience preferred (WE OFFER TRAINING)
