Compensation & Benefits Package
Salary: $65,000 – $78,500 based on experience, plus bonuses

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
- Implement individualized patient care plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy support, and modalities while ensuring safety and comfort. Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes accurately, and report updates to the supervising PT. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate with the PT and support staff to optimize patient recovery and outcomes. Participate in CPT's mentorship programs, in-services, and clinical education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Active PTA license in the USA required, OR currently applying for licensure (new graduates encouraged to apply). Must be eligible to obtain a Massachusetts PTA license. CPT will assist with license transfer to MA if needed. Strong clinical skills, patient-centered attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning. Team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for patient outcomes.
