Audit Support Worker
Great Forest is hiring part-time, temporary Audit Support workers to assist our Audit team with an upcoming waste stream assessment in Austin, TX.
This is a hands-on, physical role — no sustainability background required. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and don't mind getting your hands dirty (literally), we'd love to have you on the team.
What you'll do:
Documentation & Photography
- Photograph the audit space before and after the audit
- Photograph all waste streams
- Assess and photograph all staged waste materials upon arrival
- Assess and photograph dumpster contents as part of the waste review process
Audit Support
- Weigh all bags within each waste stream — this is the top priority task on every audit
- Assist with setting up and breaking down audit equipment and workspaces
- Follow Great Forest audit protocols throughout each shift
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical work environment
- Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs over short distances
- Prior experience in sustainability, waste management, or field work is a plus — but not required

- Location: KRG: 11521 N FM 620, Austin TX
- Date and hours: 05/05/2026 5pm-11pm
- Compensation: $30/hour
- Commitment: As-needed basis; shifts scheduled monthly
