Brand Manager Programming and Fullfilment

A TETRA Hearing team member works at the intersection of audio technology, customer experience, and field performance. The role focuses on helping customers select, customize, and optimize high-end hearing solutions tailored to real-world environments like hunting, shooting sports, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Consultation & Sales

  • Assess customer hearing needs and lifestyle use (e.g., hunting, work environments)
  • Recommend appropriate Tetra devices and configurations
  • Explain product features such as sound filtering, enhancement, and protection
  • Guide customers through purchasing decisions (in-store, events, or online)

2. Product Setup & Customization

  • Assist with fitting and calibration of hearing devices
  • Program or adjust devices based on individual hearing profiles
  • Ensure optimal performance in different environments (quiet vs. high-noise)

3. Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot device issues (connectivity, sound quality, battery, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing support and education to customers
  • Maintain product knowledge of new updates and features

4. Field Demonstrations & Events

  • Represent TETRA at outdoor expos, hunting events, and trade shows
  • Demonstrate real-world use of hearing devices
  • Build relationships with customers and industry professionals

5. Administrative Duties

  • Maintain customer records and hearing profiles
  • Process orders, returns, and service requests
  • Track inventory and product availability

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred for advanced roles)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Interest in audio technology, hearing health, or outdoor activities
  • Ability to learn technical product details quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with hunting, shooting sports, or industrial hearing protection
  • Background in audiology, hearing aid dispensing, or sound engineering
  • Experience in retail sales or technical support
