Content Marketing Manager
What you will do
- Own the content calendar across our blog and social channels (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and more).
- Shape the social strategy with the founders: what we post, where we post, and why.
- Drive content end to end. You will write, film, and design plenty of it yourself, but you will not be doing it alone. The founders are hands on and will jump in on scripts, talking heads, product demos, and anything else where it helps.
- Coordinate with the team and any contractors or freelancers we bring in for things like editing or design.
- Schedule and publish using the right tools, then learn from what works.
- Engage with our community. Reply to comments, spot conversations worth jumping into, and bring seller stories back to the team.
- Track performance and iterate together. We move fast and care about what actually drives growth.
What we are looking for
- Some experience in social media, content creation, or community work. You do not need a long résumé, but you should have shipped real content and have results to show.
- Social native. You spend time on these platforms, you understand the formats, and you have opinions about what good content looks like.
- Strong written English. Most of our audience is in North America and you will be writing for them every day.
- Self starter. Comfortable jumping into new things. We are a small team, the role will evolve, and you will own your work.
Nice to have
- You sell, or have sold, on Etsy. This is a real plus. You already know our world inside and out.
- Comfort with light video editing and basic design tools.
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools across platforms.
