Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with day-to-day initiatives, campaigns, and brand awareness efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, market research, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary position that has the potential to become permanent.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages as directed
  • Support email marketing efforts, including drafting newsletters and tracking campaign performance
  • Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and target audiences
  • Help create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, graphics, and presentations
  • Assist with website updates and blog content creation
  • Track and report key performance metrics using analytics tools
  • Support planning and coordination of events, promotions, and community outreach efforts
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing department

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating content for social media or school projects
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights
  • Photography or content creation experience is a plus
