Social Media Manager

Paskar Construction is looking for a creative, reliable social media manager and videographer to help film, edit, post, and manage social media content for our roofing and exterior company.

This is a full time role for someone who wants real world experience creating content for a growing local business. You will help film job sites, sales reps, customer stories, company updates, and educational construction content.

Responsibilities include filming short videos, editing reels, writing captions, posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, helping plan content ideas, managing our social media pages, keeping our pages active, responding to basic comments or messages when needed, and helping make Paskar Construction look professional and consistent online.

You will be expected to work consistently during the week, spend time in the office, visit job sites, film content, edit videos, and help build the company’s online presence.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable using an iPhone or camera, knows how to edit short form videos, understands social media trends, communicates well, shows up on time, and can work independently.

Roofing or construction experience is not required. We will teach the industry. Creativity, consistency, communication, and work ethic are most important.
