Love technology and have strong opinions about how devices should work? Join Lenovo’s Customer Quality Engineering team and help shape the customer experience for real products—including ones still under development.

In this hands-on, lab-based role, you’ll test and evaluate Lenovo devices from a customer perspective. You’ll work with engineering samples, shipped products, and market-purchased systems to identify issues related to hardware, software, packaging, documentation, and usability. Your findings will be shared with global development teams to drive product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Test and review devices in a lab environment
* Identify, document, and report quality or usability issues
* Partner with local lab experts and international engineering teams
* Provide clear, opinion-based feedback that influences product decisions

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), IT, Materials Science, or a related field
* Passion for technology and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and comfort sharing informed opinions
* Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC

Preferred Qualifications: 
* PC build, repair, or troubleshooting experience
* Familiarity with Adobe tools or similar software
