Job Overview:
We are hiring for a Medical Device Assembler to support the production of high-quality healthcare products in a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level, non-exempt role with hands-on work in assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, repair, and test medical devices (pacemakers, ICDs, leads, etc.)
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Handle small components with precision and care
- Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety and cleanroom guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
