Mighty Dog Roofing is a nationally backed roofing and exterior services franchise hiring motivated college students for a hands-on Summer Sales & Marketing Internship.

This role gives students real experience in sales, communication, marketing, and business development while working directly with a high-performing team in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Using data analytics, you will help develop a target list of customers and marketing materials.  
• Once identified, you will connect with potential customers in person and via phone calls to sell them on the benefits of our services and set appointments with our sales team.   
• Generate additional leads through neighborhood events, outreach, and referrals 
• Help identify new target neighborhoods and marketing opportunities 
• Track performance metrics and activity goals 
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Compensation

• Hourly base pay starting at $15/hr + performance bonuses 
• Uncapped earning potential

Schedule

• Full-time opportunities available 
• Typical schedule: 30–40 hours/week

• Ability to carry marketing materials and walk neighborhoods
