We're hiring one provider. Not building a roster; hiring one person who is ready to be developed into an elite clinician.

What this role actually is:

You'll be mentored directly by the founders in a clinical system that is already proven and already busy. You're not cold-starting a caseload. You're stepping into an established referral network and learning to operate within it at a high level.

The ceiling here is real. Your comp is base plus performance bonus—the more you build, the more you earn. But the mentorship is the asset. You will come out of this a different clinician than you went in.

Who we're looking for:

A Chiropractor with a strong background in performance-based care and strength training—you understand movement, you speak the language, you live it. Someone early enough in their career that they haven't become rigid in their approach yet.

Coachable is non-negotiable. If you're already certain you know how to practice, we're not the right fit, and we’ll both recognize that quickly.

Must be available to work weekends. Our clients are busy people.
