At FNA Consulting, we represent major clients across industries, the telecommunications industry. Our retail sales team works face-to-face with customers to promote client products and services, provide tailored solutions, and close sales—all while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and brand representation.

What You’ll Do:

Interact with customers in a retail environment to promote and sell products

Use CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions

Profile accounts, handle objections, and offer effective solutions

Present the value of services clearly and confidently to potential and current customers

Build lasting relationships with clients and teammates
