Thought Leadership Intern

LOCATION: Cambridge, MA 

DATES: May 26 - August 28, 2026

This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite.

Who We Are Looking For: 

We are seeking a highly organized student with a strong interest in health care and research. The ideal candidate excels at structuring and organizing research materials to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate. If you have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Excel, and an interest in supporting the synthesis and presentation of clinical research, we’d be thrilled for you to join our team for this 13-week internship.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the development and ongoing management of TriNetX’s thought leadership publication library and repository
  • Organize, curate, and maintain a centralized database of publications, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
  • Assist in identifying, categorizing, and tagging research outputs to improve discoverability and usability across teams
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance how TriNetX showcases its research impact and scientific contributions
  • Provide support for publication-related projects

What You Bring to TriNetX:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
    Interest in healthcare, life sciences, research, or scientific communications
  • Ability to manage and structure information in a clear, scalable way
    Familiarity with academic publications, research databases, or literature reviews (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar systems for tracking and organizing data
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about real-world evidence, clinical research, and thought leadership strategy
