Short-Form Creator (UGC Content - Pay per video + bonus)

IMPORTANT: This role is only for people who are comfortable being on camera consistently and have any kind of prior experience creating content. If that's not you, this isn't the right fit. 

Summary

We’re building Airial - an AI travel platform that turns travel inspiration into real trips instantly.
You know when you see a cool place on TikTok and think “I want to go there someday”… but never actually plan it?

Airial fixes that.

And we’re looking for creators who want to help us show the internet how travel planning is about to change.

What You'll Do:

You’ll create casual videos that feel like normal TikTok / Reels content.
Nothing overly produced.
Just honest, relatable content.
Examples:
• Travel hacks
• “POV travel moments”
• TikTok-style storytelling
• AI travel tips
• Things Gen Z does differently when traveling

You’ll:
• Post 1–2 videos per day
• Experiment with formats and ideas
• Work with our team to understand how viral content actually works

What We're Looking For:

You might be a great fit if:
• You’re 18–25 years old
• You spend way too much time on TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• You’re comfortable talking casually to your phone
• You enjoy experimenting with content ideas

All you need is creativity and curiosity.

Pay & Bonuses:

You get paid per video, not per hour.
$30 for every approved video

Plus performance bonuses:
• $50 if your video hits 10K views
• $100 if it hits 50K views
• $250 if it hits 100K views
• $500 if it hits 1M+ views
Some creators will easily make $1500/month if their videos perform well.
