Accounting Services Associate
- Take on assigned client list of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processing of client engagements, to include preparation of payroll, payroll tax returns, 1099s, W-2s, etc.
- Prepare monthly sales tax, gross receipt tax, lodging tax, restaurant tax, or similar tax returns.
- Complete Annual Reports and Business Tax & License returns (annually)
- Process accounts payable and reconcile monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- General ledger and adjusting journal entries for multiple clients.
- Maintain HOA client books via QuickBooks Online,
- help prepare HOA invoices (monthly, quarterly, etc. depending on client needs/requests)
- Keep up with rules and law changes payroll and local and state taxes.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, as requested.
- Learn how to scan and index items in Go File Room (image document system)
- Learn Practice CS (Time Reporting system)
- Learn knew software implementations to assist staff/clients with questions.
