Role Description:

This is a full-time, field-sales role for a Spine Specialist, based in Baltimore City County, MD. The Spine Specialist will work closely with healthcare providers to support the selection, application, and utilization of spinal implants and related technologies. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, demonstrating products, educating medical personnel, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Additional duties involve collaborating with sales and clinical teams, maintaining strong professional relationships.

I'm looking for someone competitive, coachable, and ready to earn their spot in one of the toughest (and most rewarding) spaces in medical device.
This isn't a "figure it out yourself" role. You'll train side-by-side with a proven, high-performing senior team that's invested in developing the right talent.
