Junior Marketing Associate

Dynamics produces software and hardware products across a number of industries.

The Junior Marketing Associate supports the in-house marketing team by executing growth-focused social media campaigns, managing daily content calendars, and analyzing performance data. Based in Pittsburgh, this role focuses on boosting online brand presence, increasing engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), and driving lead generation or customer acquisition through targeted social tactics. They will work closely with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals, requiring a mix of creative content creation, data analysis, and fast-paced execution

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (internships count).
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), Canva, and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create brand-aligned copy.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking, measuring, and reporting on the effectiveness of social campaigns using GA4 and social native analytics.
  • Growth Marketing Mindset: Proactively identifying trends, optimizing posts for engagement, and contributing to lead generation campaigns.
  • Online Community Engagement: Actively responding to comments and maintaining community relations
