Marco’s Pizza Franchisee - NDJ Pizza LLC - is seeking motivated students and recent graduates — including international students on OPT — for a hands-on Management & Business Operations Trainee opportunity in Harrisburg and Lancaster Pennsylvania.
This role is designed for individuals interested in building real-world experience in business operations, hospitality management, marketing, customer experience, leadership, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As a management trainee, you will work alongside experienced owners to learn how a successful multi-unit restaurant business operates. You’ll gain exposure to daily operations, team leadership, scheduling, inventory management, customer service, local marketing initiatives, and business performance analysis.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily restaurant operations
- Assisting with shift leadership and team coordination
- Helping maintain product quality and guest satisfaction
- Participating in hiring, onboarding, and training activities
- Assisting with inventory and operational organization
- Supporting local marketing and community engagement efforts
- Learning performance management and operational efficiency strategies
- Contributing to a positive team culture and customer experience
