Kids Ministry Intern
Restore Christian Church is seeking a Kids Ministry Intern who has a genuine heart for children and a desire to explore and grow in their calling in ministry. This is a hands-on opportunity to serve, lead, and learn within a vibrant church community while being mentored by experienced leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading and supporting Sunday Kids Ministry environments
- Build relationships with children and families
- Connect with parents and follow up with families throughout the week
- Help develop and implement a midweek program, outreach, or community connection initiative
- Support overall Kids Ministry operations and events
Learning & Development Opportunities
- Be mentored by Bryan and Caz Sands, experienced pastors with a passion for developing leaders
- Learn under Dr. Ericka Grant, a gifted educator and “teacher of teachers”
- Gain practical ministry experience in teaching, leadership, and relational discipleship
- Grow in personal faith, leadership skills, and ministry calling
Qualifications
- Passion for working with children
- Desire to grow in ministry and leadership
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Self-motivated, teachable, and dependable
