Love working with kids? Want to stay active and be home by lunch? Join Amazing Athletes of North Baltimore & Harford County! We are looking for high-energy individuals to lead fun, 35-minute multi-sport classes at local preschools. If you have a "fun-first" attitude and want a meaningful way to spend your mornings, we want to meet you.

Why This Fits Your Life:

  • The "Lunchtime Finish": Work starts at 9:00 AM and you’re done by noon. Perfect if you have afternoon classes, need to pick up your own kids, or run an afternoon business.
  • High Energy, Low Stress: No desks, no phones—just sports, smiles, and teaching 18-month to 6-year-olds the basics of movement.
  • Paid Training: Love kids but don’t know much about lacrosse or soccer? We’ll teach you the curriculum.
  • Impact: You aren’t just a coach; you’re the highlight of these kids' week.

The Details:

  • Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (approx. 10–12 hours/week).
  • Location: Various preschools across Baltimore and Harford County (reliable transportation is a must).

What We’re Looking For:

  • A "big" personality—you aren't afraid to be silly to keep a 3-year-old engaged.
  • Reliability—the kids (and their schools) count on you being there.
  • Background in childcare, coaching, or camp counseling is a huge plus.
  • Must pass a background check.

The "Morning Guarantee" Offer

We know part-time schedules can be unpredictable. We offer a stable "Morning Side-Hustle" package:

  • Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $250 for your 5-day morning block (approx. 12 hours).
  • Weekly Gas Stipend: An additional $25/week to cover your travel.
  • Total Guaranteed Weekly Income: $275
  • Growth Opportunity: As we add more classes to your route, additional hours are paid at $20/hour.

  • Experience working with students or children in sports or daycare and preschool settings
  • Some knowledge of various sports such as basketball, baseball, and martial arts
  • Strong communication skills to effectively instruct children and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to follow lesson plans that promotes physical activity and skill acquisition
  • Patience and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation to commute to coaching locations
