Full Time Physical Therapist Position Requirements:
NY State Physical Therapy License or Temporary License to Practice in NYS with
Doctoral Degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
Experience: New Grads and Experienced PTs Are Welcome
Start Date: May 2026
Salary: 100K - 115K Annually
Bonus: Given out quarterly, based on company success
Hours: 40hrs per week, 36 hours of treatment and 4 hours for documentation, Monday to Friday. Additional hours paid at $55/hr.
Retirement: 401K, matching at 3% after 1 year of employment
Paid Time Off: 18 days starting after 3 months of employment, does not include company recognized holidays. Unused days are paid for at the end of the year
Health Benefits: Full Health Insurance Package. Begins after 3 months of employment
Continuing Ed: $500 each year, NYS approved CEU Bonus: based on employee and company performance paid out quarterly
