Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities for each role:

For CRO (Revenue):

· Develop and execute a multi-channel revenue strategy (broadcast ads, digital, events, sponsorships)
· Lead, train, and expand the sales team
· Build relationships with agencies and direct advertisers
· Meet or exceed revenue targets and P&L goals

For Content/Programming:

· Define and implement the station’s overall content strategy (music, talk, news, podcasts)
· Hire and mentor on-air talent, producers, and programming staff
· Monitor audience metrics and adjust formats to maximize listener engagement
· Ensure consistent, high-quality content across all platforms

For Marketing/Audience Development:

· Lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and listener acquisition
· Oversee social media, website, email, and community outreach
· Use data analytics to drive audience growth (Nielsen, streaming insights)
· Build partnerships with promoters, venues, and influencers

For Technology/Digital:

· Oversee broadcast engineering, studio systems, automation, and IT
· Lead digital product development (streaming, mobile app, website, podcasts)
· Ensure reliable, high-quality technical operations
· Implement data and analytics tools to support decision-making

For Finance/Strategy:

· Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
· Secure financing, investor relations, and cost control
· Develop long-term strategic plans for scaling the station
· Advise CEO on financial risks and opportunities

Qualifications:

· 7+ years of leadership experience in radio, media, or relevant field
· Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results
· Strong strategic thinking and team-building skills
· Familiarity with US media markets and FCC basics (as applicable)
· Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
