- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Conduct showings, listing presentations, and open houses
- Follow up with buyer and seller leads to build your pipeline
- Prepare offers, contracts, and negotiate deals
- Guide clients from contract to closing
- Maintain compliance with Florida real estate laws
🎯 Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work independently
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
