Independent Sales Managers
Drivee.ai is a fast-growing AI startup helping car dealerships modernize their sales operations with AI-powered tools for lead response, customer follow-up, appointment scheduling, CRM/DMS workflows, and 360° vehicle photography.
Drivee has reached $2M+ ARR with a lean team and is now expanding its founding sales team.
We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial Independent Sales Managers to help us grow across the automotive dealership market. This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with high earning upside and the potential to be considered for future leadership and equity opportunities based on performance.
In this role, you will identify and reach out to car dealerships, dealership groups, and automotive decision-makers; book demos and discovery calls; explain how Drivee helps dealerships respond faster, automate follow-ups, improve customer engagement, and increase sales conversions; manage your own pipeline; and work directly with the founding team to improve sales messaging and go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, coachable, and excited about startups, AI, sales, and automotive technology. Prior sales experience required. We care about hunger, professionalism, problem solving skills, consistency, and the ability to communicate clearly with business owners and decision-makers.
Compensation:
This is not a traditional hourly or salaried internship. It is a commission-based independent contractor role for someone who wants real startup experience, direct access to founders, and the opportunity to grow with a company that is already generating meaningful revenue. Top performers may be considered for future paid roles, leadership opportunities, and potential equity participation as Drivee continues to grow.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have:
- Some experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, entrepreneurship, automotive, or startup work.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Comfort with cold outreach, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups.
- Ability to stay organized, manage leads, and follow up consistently.
- A self-starter mindset with discipline, persistence, and accountability.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, automotive technology, startups, or business growth.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, dealership sales, SaaS, CRM tools, or lead generation is a plus but not required.
