JOB OVERVIEW:

   Join a growing aseptic beverage manufacturing facility as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
   In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

   Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
   Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and mechanical systems
   Support production by diagnosing and repairing equipment failures
   Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
   Read and interpret equipment manuals and process diagrams
   Assist with root cause troubleshooting and continuous improvement
   Follow all GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines
   Support facility maintenance and minor building repairs as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

   5+ years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience
   Experience working in a manufacturing environment
   Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial mechanical equipment
   Ability to read equipment manuals and technical documentation
   High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation: $61,000 - $70,000

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

   Experience working in food or beverage manufacturing
   Experience in a GMP-regulated environment
   Familiarity with P&IDs and process flow diagrams
   Experience with multiple trades such as HVAC, compressors, refrigeration, or welding

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

   Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
   Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

 

Schedule:

Weekend day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Rotating schedule:

   Week 1: Thursday–Sunday
   Week 2: Friday–Sunday

These are 12-hour shifts, so confirm candidates are comfortable with longer shifts and weekend work.
