Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal staffing initiatives.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, employing effective interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, staffing agencies, and social media channels for talent sourcing.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Manage talent management activities such as employee orientation, succession planning, employee evaluation, and employee relations.
- Utilize social media management tools and HRIS platforms like Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Paychex, ADP, PeopleSoft to enhance recruitment outreach and data management.
- Engage in research and lead generation activities to identify potential candidates proactively.
- Support training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of new hires and existing staff.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, HR sourcing, or related talent acquisition roles.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo is essential.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
- Experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors (PeopleSoft), UltiPro, Kronos or ADP is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidate suitability accurately.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in social media management for recruiting purposes and lead generation strategies.
- Strong research skills to identify potential talent pools proactively.
- Ability to handle cold calling for outreach efforts confidently and professionally.
