This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced engineers and survey crews, gain exposure to real projects quickly, and see your designs move from concept to construction. What You'll Do:
As an entry-level Civil Engineer, you’ll contribute to real infrastructure projects, including:
- Designing streets, drainage systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and stormwater management solutions
- Analyzing and interpreting topographic surveys from field data
- Collaborating with field surveyors to ensure seamless data collection and project execution
- Supporting projects through design and construction phases – not just isolated tasks
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking motivated engineers who are ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative environment.
- A degree in civil engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Interest in civil design, land development, and infrastructure projects
- Ability to obtain Intern Engineer status by passing the FE exam within 6 months of employment
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design tools (academic or professional experience welcome!)
- Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required
- Authorization to legally work in the U.S. without sponsorship and a valid driver’s license
