Project Manager

Our services include structural steel fabrication and steel erection for commercial properties, industrial projects, arenas, and airports across North America.

 

Notable complete structures for customers such as Fastenal, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Ford, Ball State University, and Indiana State Fairgrounds.

 

SUMMARY:

We are searching for a Project Manager to join our expanding team and oversee a variety of Rack Structure projects. This role is responsible for driving the safety, profitability, and quality of each project from start to finish. The Project Manager will collaborate with professionals across the organization to ensure seamless project execution, managing schedules, budgets, and client expectations. The Project Manager will also support preconstruction efforts including take-offs, estimates, proposals, and pricing.

 

The Project Manager will also be involved in project planning, change order management, subcontractor coordination, managing project schedules, and maintaining project controls such as safety forms, work plans, submittals, and RFI’s.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • At least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably within the Steel industry Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
