Entry Level Sales Representative

We are seeking an outgoing Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Carbondale area. We partner with top telecommunications providers to bring the latest technology to customers, while offering a customer-centric sales approach that fosters trust and lasting relationships. With years of industry experience and a solid track record of providing quality sales solutions, our company thrives on delivering exceptional service and results in the telecommunications space.

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers, answering all inquiries, supervising the sales process from start to finish, and using your communication skills and passion for customer service to help drive business success. You’ll be on the front lines, working directly with customers to provide them with the best products and telecommunications solutions. 

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Representative:

  • Engaging with customers: Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored telecommunications solutions directly to them.
  • Delivering exceptional service and sales support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
  • Managing sales orders: Efficiently handle sales transactions, installation scheduling, technical troubleshooting, and product adjustments.
  • Driving growth: Support business and sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling products and services when appropriate.
  • Collaborating with the team: Work closely with fellow sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the team overall.
  • Maintaining telecommunication product knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest telecommunications products and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.

Qualifications of an Entry Level Sales Representative:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop sales expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers
  • A goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and with others


 

***This is a commission-based position with uncapped performance incentives. Compensation will vary based on individual sales, products sold and other measurable outcomes. An average representative earns between $750-$1,200 per week after successfully completing training. Additional details regarding earning potential, benefits and compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
