Location: Kalida, OH. – In Person
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Position Description:
B-K Tool & Design, Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations. This role is responsible for payroll coordination, recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and supporting company safety and benefit programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain employee time-off requests and personnel documentation
- Process timesheets and prepare payroll data for outsourced payroll provider
- Post job openings, schedule interviews, and assist with recruiting efforts
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee orientation
- Attend career fairs and recruit seasonal co-op students
- Participate with local schools in mock interviews, job shadows, and presentations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions
- Assist with maintaining safety documentation and compliance records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
