- Polished presence with standout verbal & interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and CRM familiarity
- Proactive, positive, and eager to deliver a next-level client experience
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and deliver seamless, personalized experiences
- Educate clients on treatments, skincare, and wellness services
- Confidently recommend and upsell services, memberships, and retail items
- Manage appointment scheduling, payments, and front-desk coordination
- Assist with inventory, product restocking, and CRM data entry
- Contribute to promotional campaigns and support client outreach efforts
