Human Resources Intern
The role provides the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional manufacturing environment within the Human Resources Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Areas of internship may include HR Client Support, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Benefits and Communication
Oversee HR Operations which may include employee engagement, SOP’s, recruiting and onboarding
Assist with other HR projects as assigned
Assist in facilitating coordination of companywide meetings, events and employee engagement programs
Other duties as assigned
Education and/or experience:
Completion of at least two years of full-time enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
Essential qualifications:
Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write and communicate technical information clearly and concisely
Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
