Tired of double-booking patients and 15-minute eval slots? So were we!
Lakeshore Physical Therapy is a boutique clinic where you'll actually have time to treat. One-on-one sessions in private treatment rooms. No mill-style conveyor belt. We accept insurance but operate like concierge PT, and we're looking for a therapist who wants to practice the way they were trained.
What your day actually looks like:
- 45 minute sessions one-on-one with the PT the whole time
- Mix of orthopedic, sports injuries, running rehab, pelvic floor, and post-operative cases
- Private treatment rooms
- Collaborative team of 4 other PTs who actually share cases and problem-solve together
What we offer:
- $75,000-$85,000 base salary and productivity based bonuses

- Annual CEU budget with additional options for those with interest in McKenzie (MDT), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), and Pelvic Health
- Real mentorship: weekly meetings with case review, shadow senior clinicians, we help you grow specific skills

You might be a fit if:
- You have an Illinois PT license and DPT degree
- You want autonomy but also collaboration
- You're interested in being part of a collaborative team
- You're comfortable building rapport and explaining the "why" behind treatment
Pelvic floor experience is a plus but not required
