As a Pool Service Technician, you’ll manage a daily route of residential pools—cleaning, balancing water chemistry, and making sure each pool is safe, clear, and ready to enjoy.

There’s a rhythm to the work: you move from stop to stop, stay productive, and finish the day knowing you got real work done.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain residential pools for cleanliness, circulation, and water balance
• Test and adjust water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer)
• Skim, brush, and vacuum pools
• Empty baskets and ensure proper water flow
• Inspect basic equipment (pumps, filters, valves, timers)
• Perform routine filter cleanings (cartridge, DE, sand systems)
• Identify and communicate repair needs
• Complete a structured daily route efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Able to work independently and stay on schedule
• Willing to learn and improve over time
• Valid driver’s license required

Preferred (not required):

• Pool service or related experience
• Basic understanding of water chemistry or mechanical systems
