Marketing and Lead Generation Analyst
We are seeking a data-driven Marketing and Lead Generation Analyst to join our team, with a target start date of mid-May to early June. This is an entry-level opportunity on a growing marketing team, and we're looking for analytically minded candidates who are eager to make an immediate impact.
About the Role:
The Marketing and Lead Generation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing lead data to improve our conversion rates (appointment set rates, demo rates, and overall marketing ROI). The role sits at the intersection of data and marketing, with key responsibilities including:
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on lead performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI, to continuously refine our acquisition strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and campaign performance to ensure data integrity across our pipeline.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with both our marketing and sales teams to align lead quality with closing goals.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze lead-to-appointment ratios and follow-up speed to identify bottlenecks and improve overall funnel efficiency.
- Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Go beyond the numbers, provide actionable recommendations, and explain the "why" behind the data to help drive smarter business decisions.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is someone who is naturally curious, self-motivated, and driven by data. Specifically, we're looking for:
- A natural curiosity and "why" mindset, someone who investigates root causes when data looks off rather than simply reporting it
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with marketing analytics concepts
- A self-starter attitude, comfortable taking initiative in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with some ambiguity
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical teammates
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and follow-up documentation
- A collaborative spirit, someone who works well cross-functionally, and is confident in presenting findings and recommendations
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is ready to hit the ground running, take ownership of meaningful work, and grow with a team that is just getting started.
