Marketing Assistant
Crystal Window & Door Systems, Ltd. is an award winning manufacturer of a full production line of quality, energy efficient vinyl and aluminum windows for residential and commercial use. We are currently looking for Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The ideal candidate should be able to design graphics to meet specific commercial and promotional needs, including displays, logos, employee gifts, advertisements, social media content, and the Company’s website. The Marketing Assistant will gather information on competitors, pricing, sales, and marketing and distribution methods and assist with various projects and activities related to marketing products or services.
The primary responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative materials and copy and select an appropriate style.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the execution of digital assets for organic social media, paid social media, and paid advertising.
- Conduct research on customer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, and other team members.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies.
- Develop and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys or opinion polls, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Manage updates and tasks related to the Company's social media channels and website, including drafting social communications and identifying opportunities for the Company.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities and events, including public relations programs, trade shows, customer events, lead referral programs, and national promotional initiatives.
- Respond to customer inquiries through daily online chat.
- Coordinate with website development vendors for major webpage projects and perform basic maintenance and updates in-house.
- Support the Company’s involvement in community organizations and events.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with inventory management of marketing giveaway items, setting up displays, and maintaining display cases.
- Help prepare newsletters, direct mail, letters to customers, emails, advertisements, presentations, proposals, sales literature, and catalog editing and proofreading.
- Support and coordinate the installation of display booths managed by third-party vendors at trade shows.
- Maintain the marketing database, including catalogs, key codes, and customer and prospect files.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experiences
- B.A degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in marketing area
- Experience in analyzing performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically.
- Ability and willingness to handle special projects and give out public presentations.
- Ability to work a flexible scheduled based on department and company needs.
Salary:
- Gross hourly rate: $ 20.00 ~ $22.00 per hour
