Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining daily reports
- Assist in maintaining super’s log
- Maintain meeting minutes and sign in sheets
- Assist in creating and maintaining job schedules
- Send or respond as directed to emails on Superintendents’ behalf
- Review design drawings and shop drawings
- Create RFIs as directed
- Observe and report safety concerns
- Accompany Supers on walkthroughs and documents
- Process submittals
- Process RFIs
- Assist site superintendents and project managers as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or Architectural Degree a plus
- Relevant internships a plus
- Excellent project management skills desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a plus
- Must have a team-driven focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
- Ability to safely navigate a construction site which will include the following: climbing ladders and stairs, use of job hoists, inclement weather conditions, hazardous/cluttered and dark areas
