Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Medley Insurance Agency (Farmers Insurance) is seeking an Insurance Office Manager to lead daily operations and support our growing client base. This in-office role is ideal for someone who is bilingual in English & Spanish, highly organized, and passionate about helping people.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license (Home & Auto) or Life license preferred
- Not licensed yet? We will sponsor your license after you pass your exam
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – verbal and written
- Insurance agency or carrier experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow
- Service and support home & auto insurance policies
- Assist with quoting, endorsements, renewals, and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish
- Maintain compliance, documentation, and policy processing
- Support sales and client retention efforts
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal operations
