Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing and interpreting complex business data, translating data insights into actionable strategic recommendations, and supporting the company’s business decision-making, operational optimization and business growth. This position offers flexible remote working arrangements and a stable full-time employment system, suitable for analytical talents with solid data literacy and master’s academic background.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect, integrate and clean multi-source business data, ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency, and build standardized data analysis processes.
2. Conduct descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analysis on business data, mine data trends, correlations and potential problems, and generate regular and ad-hoc data analysis reports.
3. Design and maintain data dashboards and visual analysis charts, track core business indicators, and realize real-time data monitoring and early warning.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify business analysis needs, customize targeted data analysis plans, and provide professional data support for project promotion and business optimization.
5. Optimize data analysis methods and tools continuously, improve analysis efficiency, and put forward feasible suggestions for data-driven business improvement.
6. Assist in sorting out data specifications and document data analysis logic, methodologies and result interpretations to ensure team information synchronization.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education: Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics or other related quantitative fields.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and query; skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions), Python/R (data analysis libraries); familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or other BI software.
3. Analytical Ability: Have strong logical thinking and data sensitivity, able to independently complete full-link data analysis from problem positioning to result output.
4. Remote Working Competence: Strong self-discipline, time management and independent working ability; able to efficiently complete work tasks and communicate remotely with the team.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly present complex data analysis results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Bonus Points: Relevant data analysis internship or full-time work experience; familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes or basic machine learning knowledge.
