About Invoko

Invoko is building AI that connects with people on an emotional level — not another chat interface, not another productivity tool. Something closer to how it feels to get lost in a great game or a world you don't want to leave. We're defining the category from scratch, and this is your chance to shape it from day one.

Great product design at Invoko means thinking in systems and feelings simultaneously. You'll design flows that work and experiences that resonate — and you'll ship them fast.

What you'll own

• Drive product design across core features — from concept and wireframe to polished, shippable UI
• Work closely with PMs and engineers to translate product requirements into intuitive, delightful experiences
• Build interactive prototypes rapidly using Figma, Framer, or AI-assisted coding tools — bring your ideas to life before the meeting ends
• Own and evolve Invoko's design system — components, tokens, patterns, and the logic that holds it all together
• Map and improve key user journeys: onboarding, engagement hooks, emotional peaks, retention moments
• Bring a game design sensibility to product thinking — how do progression, feedback, and reward mechanics apply to an AI companion experience?

Who we're looking for

• 1–3 years of product design experience, ideally on a consumer-facing app at a startup or fast-moving team
• Systems thinker with strong visual execution — you can zoom out to the full journey and zoom in to the pixel
• Fluent in Figma; genuinely excited to use AI tools (v0, Cursor, Lovable) to prototype independently and ship faster
• Strong interest in AI and what it means to design for human-AI interaction — you've thought about this, you have opinions
• Background or deep interest in game design or interactive entertainment is a significant plus — we think in levels, loops, and emotional arcs
• You ship. You iterate. You don't wait for perfect — you make things, put them in front of people, and improve
