District Operations Manager

We are hiring a District Operations Manager to lead multiple high-traffic retail kiosk locations in partnership with Tools for Humanity / World App, a fast-scaling global technology initiative.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage teams, drive daily performance, and step in personally when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple retail kiosk locations
  • Recruit, schedule, train, and coach team members
  • Drive daily app sign-ups, verifications, and conversion KPIs
  • Monitor team productivity and location performance
  • Build relationships with retail partners and host locations
  • Identify operational issues and implement fast solutions
  • Test new strategies to improve customer engagement and conversions

Performance Expectations

  • Lead teams generating 60–100+ app sign-ups per day
  • Maintain strong customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Travel regularly between assigned locations

Requirements

  • Experience managing retail, field sales, kiosk, event, or multi-location teams
  • Proven success hitting KPIs, quotas, or sales targets
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on leadership style with ownership mindset
  • Comfortable working on-site and standing for extended periods

Preferred

  • Experience in wireless, mall retail, events, or high-volume sales environments

Compensation

  • $52,000 base salary
  • Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
  • High earning potential for top performers

This is not a desk-based management role. You must be comfortable leading from the front, engaging customers, and driving results alongside your team.
