ABA Behavior Technician 

Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy
Location: Santa Clara, San Jose (CA)
Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Make a real difference in the lives of children with autism! As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, all while receiving full training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

What We Offer:

  • $21/hour during training; $25–$28/hour after (based on experience/RBT status)

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Driver’s license, insurance, and background check clearance
