We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can turn data into clear insights and help teams make better decisions. This role is focused on analysis, reporting, and working closely with product and business teams.

What You’ll Work On
- Analyze product and user data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Build dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance
- Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data
- Work with product and business teams to answer data-related questions
- Monitor key metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion
- Identify data quality issues and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for different teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Basic understanding of statistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with Python or R
- Familiarity with product or SaaS metrics
- Exposure to data cleaning and preprocessing
- Experience working with large datasets
- Understanding of business processes
