ABOUT THE POSITION: (RBT/BT)

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism and related developmental needs through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

You will work directly with clients in home, clinic, school, and community settings, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect and record data on client progress
  • Support parent/caregiver training sessions
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Lead Technicians, and the clinical team
  • Assist with assessments and clinical programming when needed
  • Step into support roles when leadership team members are unavailable

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field (Preferred)
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience (Required)
  • RBT Certification (Strongly Preferred)
  • Candidates without RBT certification must be willing to complete certification within a specified timeframe

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services LLC:

  • $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
