Behavior Technician

ABOUT THE POSITION: (RBT/BT)
As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting children with autism and related developmental needs through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
You will work directly with clients in home, clinic, school, and community settings, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Support parent/caregiver training sessions
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Lead Technicians, and the clinical team
- Assist with assessments and clinical programming when needed
- Step into support roles when leadership team members are unavailable

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field (Preferred)
- At least 1 year of ABA experience (Required)
- RBT Certification (Strongly Preferred)
- Candidates without RBT certification must be willing to complete certification within a specified timeframe

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services LLC:
- $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
