Android Application Developer

This position is located in St. George, Utah.

As an Android Application Developer, you will design, build, and maintain mobile apps on the Android platform. Your focus will be creating smooth, reliable, and user-friendly experiences while working with product, design, and backend teams.

 

This role is flexible around class scheduling for students or those graduated. Start date is flexible.

 

Responsibilities:

App Development: Build and maintain Android apps with clean, scalable code. Be able to create an android application of a pre-existing iOS application. 


UI Implementation: Turn designs into responsive, high-quality interfaces.


Feature Development: Add new features and improve existing functionality.


Testing & Debugging: Identify issues and improve performance and stability. Ensure application is secure, reliable, and easy to use.


API Integration: Connect apps to backend services and in-house as well as external APIs.

 

Qualifications:

Experience with full Android application development, especially Kotlin.
Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
Experience with Git workflows.

This role focuses on developing and improving Android apps in a collaborative environment.
