How we work
- Donor first. We make giving clear, timely, personal, and meaningful.
- Move with intent. Every campaign, message, and donor touch should lead to a clear next step.
- Team sport. Annual giving succeeds when calendar, messaging, stewardship, data, and donor follow-up stay aligned.
- Measure what matters. Participation, retention, reactivation, leadership annual growth, and clean execution matter as much as total dollars.
- Build what lasts. We are building a sustainable annual giving system and a stronger donor pipeline for Chadron State.
Compliance and standards
- Maintain confidentiality, donor data accuracy, and timely campaign documentation.
- Use approved appeal codes and segmentation practices for annual giving campaigns.
