Internship Overview
The AEGIS Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments. Additionally, you will be engaged in projects that directly affect our business and provide you with the opportunity to interact with our senior leaders and network with our employees and other interns. AEGIS has opportunities in the following areas:
- Information Technology
You will be responsible for completing tasks that assist with analyzing functional processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, gathering and analyzing data, and investigating and helping to resolve any data discrepancies. Specific areas of responsibility include assisting with:
- Documenting and assessing the collection, management, and use of data
- Identifying and documenting types of available data and collection mechanisms
- Ensuring the integrity of data within our systems
- Developing data quality measurements and dashboards for key data assets
- Completing ad hoc projects
Knowledge and Skills
- Communication skills: ability to collaborate and communicate effectively; proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills: ability to identify and solve problems using available data
- Organizational skills and judgment: ability to identify, prioritize, and respond to a variety of situations and established practices and procedures
- Quality-focused: ability to follow instructions, maintain workflow, and meet time and quality standards of performance
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products

Our Location
AEGIS is located at 30 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ. Our building is a short walk from the Exchange Place PATH station and across the street from the Essex Street station of the Hudson Bergan Light Rail.
